Training cycles

Programming
We aim to complete a well-rounded you and for this we need a well rounded training programme. Our weekly programme contains strength, physique and conditioning sessions with an overall aim to improve how you feel physically as well as mentally.
Rotating Cycles
We never do random workouts. They always have a focus and purpose. Classes are delivered in four-week cycles that utilise different themes, movements, training standards workouts and main areas of focus. This provides you the structure and repetition you need to get results, plus the variety to always keep things interesting.
Specific Focus
No day is like the one before it, and everyday has a specific theme. Each week has a link to our ‘Training Standards’ board where you can monitor your progress. The result is group fitness most well rounded training programme in the area.
